Please bring a complete list of your current medications and dosages to every appointment. Written prescription refills should be requested and obtained when you come in for your appointment.
To provide expedited, quality care we ask that all prescription refills be obtained through your pharmacy by contacting them directly. The pharmacy will contact your provider for refill authorization.
Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for our staff to process your prescription refill.
Please do not come into the office for prescription refills without an appointment.
Routine prescription requests will be handled during regular business hours. Certain medications will be refilled after hours on a case-by-case basis.
Remember, certain controlled medications may not be refilled without an office visit.
